Ski alpin:

The Nassfeld, in South  Carinthia, is known for is terrific snow: Especially on top of the Sonnenalpe Nassfeld –  the center of ski enjoyments – a skier can find the best skiing conditions all winter long.



The Nassfeld has 30 modern skilifts and over 100 km runways with different gradation of challenges.  It counts to the most attraktive and has the best snowfall areas in Austria. 39.000 persons can be transported per hour to the snowy area up to over 2.000 m heigh - since "waiting" is in der Skiarea Carinthia not"IN"! With the "Millenium-Express" one will be transported uncomplicated into the middle of the Skiarea.  One will slide in a modern Panoramacabine comfortable and savely from the talstation in Tröpolach up into the Skiarea, the Millennium-Express gives you the feeling that the valley- and mountainregion are an inseparable unit!
A free of charge Skibus ( stop is 180 m) takes you from Camping ground in the Skiregion to the Millenium Express nach Tröpolach - Nassfeld. 
The trip with the bus takes about 13 to 18 minutes. 

Ski nordish:

150 m from Sport Camping Flaschberger is a crosscountry loop. 
All in all there are over 300 km crosscountry loops in various height up to 1.500 m with different obstical gradation und unbelievable views.  (Karnische Aplen, Nassfeld, Presseggersee)

 Great motorbike excursions starting at Cport Camping Flaschberger!

Other Activities:

Directly from the camping place you can have wonderful hikes (Spitzegel, Vellacher Egel, Golz, with terrific views to Nassfeld, Hermagor and the Pressegger See ) as well as mountainbike – toures. 

In addition in the winter you can use a sled, or skate at the Pressegger See or Weissensee, or you simply can do a tour with a horsesled and observe the lovely winter scenery.

If the weather is bad there are 3 indoor swimmingpools open within 30 bis 50 km. (Aquarena Kötschach, Bad Bleiberg und die Erlebnistherme Warmbad Villach) as well as a Fit-Center mit Sauna und Solarium. 180m
