Our vacation apartment can be used in the summer as well as in the winter (central heating). They are only 3,5 km vom Pressegger See (the Pressegger See is one of the warmest bathing lakes in all of Austria) and we are located only 10 km from Milleniums Express in Tröpolach. With the Milleniums Express you can be tranported to the Nassfeld in the summer as well as in the winter. From there you can hike to different areas which have lovely views. Our vacation apartments have room for up to 5 persons. |

4 vacation apartments have 60 m² livingspace with one living room and bedroom for 3 persons. Another bedroom for 2 persons is located above with a sliding door. It has a cooking area, telephon, digital - SAT-TV, Internet connection, a bathroom and a balcany. The other 2 vacation apartment have a livingspace of 36 m² with a living – bedroom for 1 - 2 persons and bedroom vor 2 persons (separated by a sliding door). It has a cooking area, telephon, digital - SAT-TV, Internet connection, a bathroom, and a terrace. |

The separate bedroom can be reached by steps on the 1. floor in the 60m². In the summer you have a wonderful view onto the Karnischen Alpen from the balcony and in the winter the view is onto the Nassfeld. |
The living/bedroom for 3 persons, one is an extended double couch and the other a single couch. All 60 m² apartments have a balcony.

The two vacation apartments with 36 m² livingspace have one living – bedroom for 1-2 persons and one bedroom for 2 persons. The bedroom is separated through a sliding door. It has a cooking area, telephon, digital - SAT-TV, Internet connection, a bathroom and a terrace.
